Making care clearer. Giving people reasons to trust.
I’m at Home needed to communicate two things at once: the warmth of a home and the responsibility of caring for vulnerable children. We helped bring those together in a brand that feels welcoming while taking its audience and their decisions seriously.
We translated its approach to care into a clear identity, website and supporting materials. From the first impression to the detail behind a placement discussion, the aim was to make I’m at Home easier to understand and give councils and authorities more than reassuring words to consider.
Warmth was only part of the story. I’m at Home also needed to explain how its care would be planned, delivered and overseen. We brought the human and practical sides of that story together. A welcoming introduction, supported by clear information about the approach behind it. Not a choice between personality and professionalism, but a brand that could carry both.
A sense of belonging, from the first impression.
We developed an identity that put the idea of home at the centre. The hands within the mark gave that idea a human expression, supported by a distinctive colour palette and a visual language that could carry through into the website and printed materials. The intention was to make I’m at Home recognisable without losing the warmth its name suggests.
From an introduction to a clearer understanding.
The website brought the brand and its message together in one place. We designed and developed it to introduce I’m at Home, explain its approach and give visitors a route into more detailed information. The focus was not simply on looking credible. It was on helping people understand the organisation behind the identity.
One identity. A consistent story.
We carried the brand across digital and printed communications, connecting the website, brochure and supporting guides through a shared visual language. Each piece had a different job. Together, they gave I’m at Home a coherent way to introduce itself, explain its work and support more detailed conversations.
Turning a promise of care into something people can understand.
The Blossom Home brochure moved beyond an introduction to explain the proposed service in detail. It brought together the care approach, everyday life, safeguarding, leadership and admissions process in one document.
We connected what a child’s experience should feel like with the structures intended to support it. Familiar routines and individual space sat alongside careful placement matching, clear responsibilities and professional oversight. A fuller picture of care, not simply a warmer description of it.
More than a new look. A clearer expression of purpose.
The work gave I’m at Home a connected way to present itself, from its identity and website to the information shared with professional audiences. The change was in how the organisation could tell its story: warmth in the first impression, substance in the detail and a consistent message throughout.
About this brand strategy project.
To make its approach to care clear and credible. The brand needed to feel welcoming while giving councils and authorities a considered understanding of the organisation and its proposed service.
