Question 1

What comes after The 20?

Accepted Answer

If there is a fit, we discuss the specific work, scope and investment. You will have a clear understanding of what needs to happen and what it will cost. If there is no fit, we will tell you clearly.

Question 2

Do you work with international clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AVY® is headquartered in the UK and works with partners in the United Arab Emirates. We also have experience working with clients in the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

Question 3

Do I need a brand?

Accepted Answer

Every business already has a brand, whether it has been designed or not. The question is whether that brand is helping or hindering growth. If your presentation no longer matches your capability, or if customers cannot quickly understand why they should choose you, it is worth looking at deliberately.

Question 4

What size of business do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We usually work with established businesses that have outgrown the way they present themselves. That often means turnover from around £1m to £50m, or leadership teams who need clarity before a website, campaign or funding round.

Question 5

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope. A focused brand strategy engagement usually takes six to ten weeks. A full strategy, identity and website project typically takes twelve to twenty weeks. We agree the timeline with you before work begins.

Question 6

How do brand strategy and brand identity differ?

Accepted Answer

Brand strategy is the thinking: who you are for, what you stand for, and why someone should choose you. Brand identity is the visual and verbal system that makes that thinking visible. Strategy must come first, or the identity has nothing to express.

Question 7

How do I start working with AVY®?

Accepted Answer

Book The 20, a twenty minute conversation where we understand what you are trying to solve and whether AVY® is the right fit. There is no pitch deck. If we can help, we will explain how. If not, we will point you in the right direction.
