Brand positioning
Define the competitive position that makes your business the obvious choice rather than one of several.
Project plan
From first conversation to working outcome.
Overview
Positioning is the decision about what you are, who you are for and what you are deliberately not. Everything else follows from it.
When a buyer cannot tell two capable businesses apart, they choose on price. That is almost always a positioning problem rather than a sales problem.
We work out where the business genuinely stands apart, who it should be talking to, and how to say that in a way the market recognises immediately.
How we work
We start with the commercial picture: which work is most profitable, which clients are the right fit, and where deals are currently being lost.
We map the competitive set, find the space that is both true and unoccupied, and write the position down in language the whole team can use.
The output is a positioning statement, an audience definition and the arguments that support them in real conversations.
